PETS

520 Lofts is a pet-friendly community with pet sitting and dog walking services!

Dogs: $350 nonrefundable pet fee due upon move-in, $40 monthly pet fee. Limit one dog per apartment, breed restrictions apply.

Cats: $200 nonrefundable pet fee due upon move-in, $30 monthly pet fee. Limit two cats per apartment.

Fees for one dog and one cat include a one-time $350 initial fee and a $60 monthly fee. Our pet policies are subject to change with management approval.
