Vegetable Cream Cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temp.
1 small carrot, grated or minced
1 small shallot, minced
1/2 large red bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese with the chopped vegetables and parsley. Serve on a Good Grain Sourdough Everything Bagel, which is delivered fresh each week on Fridays!
